COLLAGE will have a luncheon meeting on the second Sundays of each month in the Oasis Center immediately following the 11 o'clock service. We will have a free box lunch, so please RSVP to Sara Little below in order to know how many lunches to order. Please indicate if you have food allergies. We will try to accommodate them.
Donations are welcome to offset next month's lunch costs.

We gather semi-monthly for a holy dialogue on issues related to the realities of racism in our country, community and church. During our gatherings, we raise awareness around issues, build trusting relationships, and commit to loving action. There is always space at the table for you to join us.
If you like to sing and have ever thought about joining our choir, NOW IS THE TIME. We welcome new members with a variety of musical experience to rehearse with us each Wednesday from 7-9 pm in the Reed Chapel and Music Center. Come and join in the fun, fellowship, spirit, and challenge of singing with our choir.
The books we read are chosen from a yearly list provided by the Florida UCC Women. Our group reads the list and descriptions of approximately 30 books and votes on the ones we would like to read. We welcome and encourage the participation and input of new members even if you are not able to attend every meeting.
Be the VERY first worship service in our renewed worship space. Pastor Wes will preach on 2 Samuel 6 ~ David dancing before God.

During season, our choir holds holding regular Wednesday Night rehearsals. We welcome new members with a variety of musical experience to rehearse with us each week. Come and join in the fun, fellowship, spirit, and challenge of singing with our choir.
Do you enjoy knitting? Lindsey Huddleston and Carol Hagglund are hosting a Prayer Shawl Ministry group where knitters will gather in people’s homes once a month to socialize, share knitting information and knit prayer shawls. These shawls will be available to anyone for both happy and sad occasions.
You are invited to an evening reception at the Lexow Gallery at the Unitarian Universalist Church
featuring our very own, Brenda Robinson!! The Art Show is entitled, "Our Stories are in our
Scars". The show itself runs from September 17-October 12. Come and support Brenda!

We gather for a time of prayer in the Chapel. Join us as we drum together, letting the movement of our hands and hearts be a prayer to God. All levels of experience welcome for this opportunity. Greg will provide instruction and together we will make a joyful noise to God.
The monthly community meal that we continue to provide at St. Paul Lutheran Church feeds those who are hungry and in need of fellowship. Please volunteer with on-site set-up/serving/clean-up functions at St. Paul’s Fellowship Hall. We also need your home-baked items (brownies and frosted cakes—9x13 size).

The meeting will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 30 at First Presbyterian Church, 2050 Oak Street, Sarasota. The gather will center around the question, “What are the long term consequences of ignoring diversity, equity and inclusion in our society?” Pastor Wes will be a panelist.
Unitarian Universalist Church of Sarasota will sponsor a showing of "A Walk to Respect" ~ recorded at the Kennedy Center. "A Walk to Respect" are words spoken by Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass over 150 years ago that still resonate today. There will be a panel discussion following.
