Immigration Justice Coalition of Southwest Florida Presentation

Syster Hall 1031 S. Euclid Ave., Sarasota, FL, United States

Concerned and confused about the actions being taken by the current administration against immigrants? Upset about the detention centers being built in Florida?

Join the Peace & Justice Team for a presentation by representatives of the Immigration Justice Coalition of Southwest Florida, describing the classifications for immigrants, how those programs work, what’s changed, and what we can each do. Learn about the Coalition – its mission, goals, and how you can make a difference – advocating, networking, and empowering. This is a significant social justice and racial justice issue, with deep implications for due process and democracy.

Bring your questions, and invite a friend! This is a growing coalition, and many voices can foster change.

Sunday, July 20th, at Noon (Syster Hall coffee hour)

Please remember we do have RED cards on the back table you can give to others to remember our rights!
